STEP 1: Click here for the membership form, fill out the form and fax or email back to info@aimis.org (OR) click the “BUY NOW” button below for your type of membership and pay online.
| Resident Membership to AIMIS: $50 |
Fellow Membership to AIMIS: $225 |
| Physician Membership to AIMIS: $450 |
Hospital or Surgery Center Membership to AIMIS: $7,500 |
STEP 2: After you have paid for membership to AIMIS, start the path to becoming accredited. Although AIMIS encourages all minimally invasive physicians to become a member of AIMIS, we do require an application be submitted for physicians or hospitals to become AIMIS accredited in their surgery practices. Please see the below applications for accreditation.
